Have built a number of homes but none with a better experience than with CLH. The team at CLH is highly experienced and completely professional. They worked with us from lot selection through move in, were always readily available and because we were living out of area we had to rely on their judgment and decision making. We were never disappointed. CLH chooses top notch subcontractors and is well respected by suppliers and subs for the company's insistence on quality and working to deadlines.

Very happy choosing Classic Living Homes as the builder of our custom home in Montgomery. Their knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail helped us design our truly custom home from top to bottom. They listened and work with us on every aspect of the design and construction, even allowing us to source finishes and materials from different vendors that fit our design. We could not have done this without them and hope to work with them again in the future.

Classic living homes built my first house. After returning home from living overseas and we were looking for a new home, we didn't even consider other builders. CLH has a great team that takes you through the entire process starting with the design of the home, working with you through the build process to assure your house exceeds your expectations both in quality and value. Building a home can be an overwhelming, stressful experience given the ever increasing design and materials options. It helps to have someone that has good taste, extensive experience, and listens and understands not only to what you want but can show you things that go beyond your ideas and expectations. The CLH team does just that.

Would highly recommend if looking to build around Cincinnati. Our experience was fantastic. They delivered a very high quality home on time and on budget. Was also very impressed with the level of service post-build. Great people and a great company.

We are so happy that we chose Classic Living Homes as our contractor. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, well respected in the industry and both easy and fun to work with. They guided us every step of the way, were always available for questions and constantly kept us in the loop about the next step. Throughout the entire process, we were able to rest assured knowing that our home was in great hands. We also had a baby on the way, so the completion of our home had a very hard deadline, and the Classic Living Homes team worked tirelessly to make sure we were moved in right on time.
